Dull subject perhaps but is anyone interested in the forthcoming vote on demutualisation?

I'm undecided whether to vote in favour or against and await the prospectus.

Your vote will not matter. The institutional savers and Staff and Board members will have far more clout. Just take the shares, de-mutualisations are rarer these days, but don't sell the shares for 3-5 years as its inevitable that Standard Life will get bought or will make acquisitions itself and the share value will soar.
