The name David Webb brings a lot of debate on this board, as well as the green room and BBC's 606 site.
Many feel he's in it for himself. Some see the loss of Lee as down to him, others feel it was to happen anyway. Will we have a Southend, or a Brentford experience?
Now he's been at the club for a couple of weeks, what do you feel about him? Do you feel he's good for the club, or is he planning to strip all our assets? Or are you happy to wait and see before deciding? |

I do thnk it is early doors to make any rash judgements but I do have to say I am concerned with him and what he is expecting to do with and get out of our club :-(
No surprise then that i voted "in it for the money" :-( |

The jury is still out, but this game tonight has been kept very quiet with Webb jnr and apparently some Exeter players showing up to be looked at continues to ring alarm bells.
The worrying thing is no positive denials have been forthcoming if the fans continue to be ignored/treated with contempt there will be a backlash.
We have all slogged long and hard to get where we are and endured considerable heartache along the way, to see it all evaporate to line Webbs pockets.
If he does I may do a ben Smith on him if he reads this he will understand it involves coat pegs and could be very humiliating if he reads this he will understand Thommo may have a snigger too.
INVEST LEAGUE ONE STATUS CANNOT BE MAINTAINED ON THE CHEAP. |

I'm just worried that if we wait and see it'll be too late! IMO, as long as JF etc. monitor him VERY carefully, we SHOULD be ok.
That didn't stop me voting on "he's in it for the money"! :wink: |

| I'm also gonna wait and see, seeing the only thing i know about this guy is what a couple of people have said on this forum which ould be biased for all i know |
