What would be nicer is not having to edit them in the first place.
If I put a reason why I had to edit them, then that would alert people to what was said. If I feel you're putting the forum at risk by breaking the law (libel etc) then I'll edit the post. Or even if you're being just plain annoying. |

That's exactly what people aren't at all happy with. Someone posts a reply to your question, you don't like it so you insult them.

It's not against the law to swear, but since this is a family site I'd rather it was either masked or didn't happen at all.
You may think it's big and clever to swear, but most of us would rather children didn't use such language. So it's not welcome on here. |
