Can I just publically say, how glad I am that we signed NJ - he's aplayer that IMO does not get a lot of credit for his team play. Whilst he isn't the sharpest, fittest, fastest player in the league, I think the confidence dimension that he brings to the team is immense.
Lets not forget, he has ousted the L2 player of the year in his position - he must be a decent player to doa that.
For me, he just seems to be an excellent motivator and his constant chat really helps the back 4 - personally, I think he has a lot to do with Skivo's current form, he never stops talking to his CB's.
Thanks Nathan - a true unsung hero.

| Michael Rose was officially L2's left-back of the season as voted for by the PFA - i.e. his fellow professionals in the game. It basically tells you that the other 23 clubs felt that he was the most difficult left-back to play against last season. |

| Its something that seems to happen to nathan everywhere. At brighton he wasnt much appreciated. But he is a great player at this level, and 1 of the 1st names on the team sheet. Infact at brighton in their local papers fantasy footy leagues, someones name for their team is 'Thank God Jones has gone' Very very harsh!! |

| Guess their loss is our gain, for me his ability to promote confidence through the back 4 and to an extent to the whole team is invaluable - Brighton are hardly pulling up any trees now he has left are they !! |

Have you been treated to the 'jonesy shuffle' yet? Fails as often as it works but hilarious either way
Always liked him as a southend player. |

Can't say I have seen that specific one as yet, however I have seen some good ones -
It's strange how it's always full backs and goalkeepers who seem to have "odd" little quirks about them................. Take the neville brothers, for some reason they beleive they can play football !! |

| I think Nathans been one of our unsung heroes so far this season, in the absence of Darren Way he's been highly vocal on the pitch and has given the team the encouragement needed. |

That why "The Arse" sing "If the Nevilles' play for england so can we!" |

I've always rated NJ, taken some unfair stick, has some unbelieveable skill/ball control. |

He is growing on me, I wasn't sure at first.
For me the player most improved at present is David Poole.
I am loving his mazey runs at the opposition, not to mention the goals he scored last month. I think he could be even better and I am beginning to see him as quite a find. |

| I personally think NJ is superb, he would be an excellent captain for the side. He doesn't stop talking and is a favourite with the Fans |

| maybe a touch premature, however I'd love to see him on the coaching staff at YTFC when he decides to hang up his boots - he's the closest think we have to a "motivation coach "  |

| I think he is great not just for the team but for the supporters. On Saturday I saw some banter between him and some supporters. He just laughs most things off and doesn't stop talking. |
