I have to question this decision as barking mad  Daniel Webb will be on a hiding to nothing on the pitch  How can he be good enough now for League 1 football? Has he shown anything to prove us wrong in his reserve outings? NO!

Well there,s a surprise.
Bad job when you have to buy a football club to get your son a contract!
Another bench warmer I presume unless Daddy say,s he has to play. |

| When he was with the scummers he only managed to get into there reserve team as he wasn't deamed good enough for their first team and apparently he was cr*p then. Wish my dad was chief exec perhaps I could get on the payroll |

As I understand it DW is now sorting the contracts out with players? I just wonder if Tommo had any say in this one at all? DW and Thommo must know this will not be a popular move so why do it? :? If not how long before DW picks the team so that his son gets a game? :x If this sort of signing is what we have to look forward to then IMO we are in for a few years of famine after feasting for so long
I think DW has just lit the blue touch paper……now stand well back   |

| Was always going to happen. But given that we use Gall 3 goals in 2 seasons, Arron Davies 3 goals only this season, hopefully if we have to use him he will produce a goal or two. |

I am very dissapointed, if a little unsurprised.
The level of players we are going to be signing are Weymouth rejects?
I really hope this is not a sign of things to come, after how far we have come I would hate the party to end in this way.
I guess if I was a litte more grown up I would give Daniel Webb a chance, but this is the club I love and I dont feel like giving him a chance. This club is not his daddys toy.

Bit more to a player though than just the goals he's scoring. Gally and Arron are being mainly used as wingers. So they are in the side for other reasons other than to score goals.
For example, although Arron hasn't wholly impressed me this season, it was his cross that got hacked off for a corner that we scored from on Saturday. It was also Arron who cleared off the line early in the second half. Thus his contribution to the game was positive even though he didn't score.
The question will be what kind of standard a player is Daniel Webb when he is not scoring goals? Will he contribute to the team effort in a positive way, at the required L1 standard? |

| I think the whole thing stinks, I know I am stating the obvious but the club would have probably laughed at him if he had asked for a trail before his dad became CE given his track record with previous clubs. As far as I am concerned he is a waste of a squad number and I can think of better things to waste YTFC's money on rather than paying him. |

Sounds like its goodbye Pablo then :(
Well im prepared to see how this guy turns out. He might be someone Thommo thinks he can improve through training. I give him 2-3 games.
Oh and how many goals in how many games was it? Thats an atrocious stat to his name that i hope he can put right |
