Hey fellow glovers
I've bin a fan and a season ticket holder now for nearly 10 years, and i'm not one to criticse however i think nathan jones time in the first team should come to end. He's in his 30's and i thought that the clubs policy was for younger players to play. His stepovers and poor decision making make us weak and vulnerable down our left side and numerable times this season terell n skivo have had to cover for him. I am also led to believe that tonkin is fit enough for first team football and is a much better defender. Any thoughts |

| to be fair i would say that was one of jonesy's better perormances of the season, but tonkin should provide good competition at left back |

Steve Coppel was in attendance yesterday and he was very complimentary about Jone’s spirit and effort, the only two other Yeovil players he mentioned in passing were Cohen and Stewart.
You only need to see how Nathan reacted after the game to see his passion. You might find the vulnerability down the left side was more due to other defensive players leaving space, a gap which Mr Slade has now filled. |

Of what relevance is it that you've been a season ticket holder for nearly 10 years?
Jonesy is amazing and does it matter if he's in his 30's? There is now reason for him to play even better if that is possible as he's got good competition, but for now, I think Jonesy is doing great! |
