So it has finally happened :-(
Bristol City have agreed terms with Yeovil Town goalkeeper Chris Weale, who will join the Robins on 1 July, reports BBC Radio Bristol.
Weale is recovering from a knee injury, which is expected to keep him out until the end of 2006.
The full terms of his Ashton Gate contract are subject to him proving his fitness later in the year.
24-year-old Weale has made over 200 appearances for his hometown club and had a trial at West Ham in 2004
From the BBC League 1 site. |

and why haven't ytfc.net informed us about this?? I thought the site was being updated fore regulary. Maybe not.
As for Chris Weale, it's a shame, and I am also steaming that Gary Johnson is signing all of Yeovil's best players.
At least we've signed a new striker |

I'm a bit confused as to why TBCUTR have to keep signing our players. After all, aren't we supposed to be a Conference club who got lucky?
I think it says something for TBCUTR if they feel Yeovil players are the ones to take them further. Let's face it, League One is their natural level, so why not sign League One players!
Weale was part of this club's most succesful period in it's long history. However, over the past couple of weeks, we've turned over a new leaf. With all the new signings both done and due, I think this summer is the start of a new chapter in Yeovil's history. |

| It will be a laugh if 10 games in we are above TBCUTR. |
