Anyone else think that this week is dragging :x :x . Can't wait for the football to start again, when those players that are still wearing the Green and White (Red and Black Maybe :wink: ) start playing for the club, again. They and the manager would expect us fans to continue the excellent support they have all been experiencing for the last 3/4 years.
IMO this has been a bad week for us all, including the club officials, rumours are rife, everyone of us probably has reservations about, Recieiving a Text, Looking on the Forum's, Picking up a Paper, Answering your mobile or turning on Sky News.
For those that have been debating whether they should travel to Franchise FC then please think again, this is a time when we all need to pull together and get behind the lads, our main priority is to retain our league one status, we need to be the 12th man, if we are still in league 1 at the end of the season, then most supporters will just look back and laugh at all the things that have gone on during the last 2 weeks.
I am not contemplating the thought of relegation, and to be honest do not want to believe that we can push for a play-off place, for me 2 or 3 years of consolidation is our main priority, that's not being negative but realistic, the club at the moment is not ready for another promotion, we have come along way in a very short period of time, I had to wait for 13 years of following the club to see the first real promotion (I'm not including promotion from the ICIS :cry: ), and suddenly I was spoilt when I saw another a couple of years later, if I have to wait another 13 years for the next promotion then I will gladly do that. :?
So come on lets all get behind the lads on Saturday, and show them despite the uncertainty we will give them our utmost support.
Sorry if this seems like a rallying call, but felt there was too many negative posts on the forum, and maybe we should get back to doing what we all do best which is support our club. :lol: :lol: |

| Great posting Stew! I will be with you and the team in spirit on Saturday. My plan is to go for a comfort break at 4.45 make a quick phone call and quitely rejoice in the win. |

I'll be there supporting the green and white red and black, especially as it's only down the road and probably the last match I can get to for a long time.
My son's playing a 5 aside tournament in MK in the morning so I'll be supporting the yellow and blue too. Come on Pitstone & Ivinghoe Under 9s!
