According to the official site, Steve Thompson has stepped down as manager.
He has agreed to continue as head coach. An appointment of a new manager is expected towards the end of the month.

| Yes, told you all months ago. We can now surely concentrate on the new year - Bet he goes to a city just north of Yeovil - Best news I've heard today - well apart from playing Plymouth pre season Bring it on Holloway!!!!! |

| I don't think we should have done that, I knew he was inexperienced but Johnson struggled with us in League 1 although he wasn't there for long. Personally I thought we should have brought in an adviser to advise him but not make the decisions for him. I have to respect Mr. Fry's decision and my first choice would be ex-QPR boss Ian Holloway. |
